  • How to use the Records
    Scan the volumes for items of interest.

  • Function / Content
    This series consists of two volumes of black and white negatives and proofs and two volumes of colour negatives. They include general shots of the port, port related activities and vessels that called into the port. They have been used for public relations purposes and in journals.The colour negatives tended to be used more in slide form for public talks.

  • Recordkeeping System
    The negatives and proofs were arranged in two-ring binders.

    The colour negatives were in separate binders from the black and whites.
