  • Function / Content
    This series consists of files relating to a financing syndicate (VA 4112 Everton Dell Pty Ltd). The syndicate was formed by the SECV Office of the Administrator and an external financier, Toronto-Dominion Ltd for a hydro thermal drying of brown coal research and development program. The research and development work was undertaken by the State Electricity Commission of Victoria's research and development department.

    The series appears to be a collection of records of a company director.

    The arrangement, description, listing and boxing of this series was undertaken by Melbourne Information Management Pty Ltd, a firm archives and records management consultants. The company was engaged by the Office of the Administrator (VA 4086) to carry out this work.
