    Note that between January and March 2015, the P0 consignment was reprocessed to rehouse the records and establish an item listing. The item titles are based on the "top numbered" or final document added to a file; further titles on a related topic may be contained in each file.

    Please note that the location of units 94 and 99 is unknown. It is possible that they were not transferred from the archives division to the Laverton repository.

  • Function / Content
    This series consists of inward registered correspondence which was filed separately from the normal run of correspondence because of its size. Large files which did not fit in the "pigeon hole" presses used to store correspondence were placed in deep drawers, beneath the pigeon holes. Petitions were also stored separately, see VPRS 1192.
