  • How to use the Records
    Refer to the Consignment Details to identify the required volume.

  • Function / Content
    This series comprises volumes containing lists of employees including those of tramways, bus and railways.

    The P1 consignment comprises volumes containing lists of tramways and bus employees and of recruitments and departures for the period 1970 to 1975. The information recorded includes:
    - Name
    - Date of birth
    - Occupation
    - Commencement date
    - Date of departure

    The P2 consignment comprises an alphabetical list of names of tramway employees (computer printout).

    The P3 consignment comprises a volume containing a list of names of tramway and bus employees including change of names of conductresses.

    The P4 consignment comprises an alphabetically arranged list of transport employees. The information recorded includes name, date of birth, grade, sex, Department No, work location, and term date etc.

    The P5 consignment comprises volumes containing alphabetically arranged lists of names with addresses of tramway employees.
