Function / Content
This Series comprises files, including drawings, relating to State Electricity Commission of Victoria properties in the Latrobe Valley. Files contain land title documentation, comprising copies of titles, title plans and lease details, copies of rate and tariff notices, land grants, title plans, valuation reports and some preliminary environmental site assessment reports.
Recordkeeping System
The arrangement, description, listing and boxing of this series was undertaken by Melbourne Information Management Pty Ltd, a firm archives and records management consultants. The company was engaged by the Office of the Administrator (VA 4086) to carry out this work. The Public Record Office Victoria has taken the data provided by Melbourne Information Management for inclusion in Archives@Victoria. Although obvious errors and omissions have been corrected, the Public Record Office Victoria does not take responsibility for any errors in this data.
