How to use the Records
This is an artificial series for which there are no indexes or other controlling records. Consult the consignment details to identify items of interest. For minutes of Trustees' Meetings see VPRS 837 Minutes, Exhibition Trustees. For other records relating to meetings, including agenda of the Finance and Administration Committee, see VPRS 14393 General Correspondence Files, Alpha-numeric Series I.
Function / Content
This is an artificial series comprising agenda, minutes and submissions for The Exhibition Trustees and some committees associated with the Trustees. The arrangement and control of the records during their active life has not been researched. The records were placed in the current arrangement by Museum Victoria, successor to The Exhibition Trustees, for the purpose of transfer to Public Record Office Victoria.
