How to use the Records
** Special Access Conditions **
These records have been transferred to the Public Record Office Victoria on the understanding that they remain the property of the Parliament of Victoria. Parliamentary records are transferred on condition that requests for access will be referred to the Clerk of the Legislative Council / Assembly as appropriate, for determination in each case.
Application to inspect the records should be made to the appropriate officers and written authorisation must be presented at the Public Record Office Victoria search rooms before the records will be made available for public inspection.

This series comprises a range of documents created or collected by the Elections and Qualifications Committee [VA 2901] during the course of the inquiry.

Additional records of the Elections and Qualifications Committee also exist as part of VPRS 7629 Reports of the Elections and Qualifications Committee, 1892-1924 / Report of the Select Committee on Roll-Stuffing at Avoca, 1892, this series consists of one volume which was used by both agencies.
