    Bound volumes which record claims settled and compensation paid for land acquired for deviations of main roads and development roads.

    Information is recorded under the following column headings:
    municipality, file number, road, parish, date of resolution declaring or rescinding old road, date of Gazettal of Order of Council of old road, new road/deviation section and allotment number, owner, area excised, amount claimed, date of instructions for valuation, date valuers report received, amount of valuation, amount offered by Board, amount finally agreed upon, date of Gazettal of Order in Council approving, date of resolution declaring, date of Gazettal of Order-In-Council confirming, how old road disposed of, if sold - amount, date of instructions for transfer, date of registration of transfer, remarks.

    Volumes were previously registered under VPRS 10438.
