  • How to use the Records
    These records have been transferred to the Public Record Office under the condition that requests for access will be referred to the Clerk of the Legislative Council/Assembly for determination in each case. Applications should be made to the above officers and written approval must be presented at the Public Record Office search rooms before the records will be made available for public inspection.

    Function/Contents

    This series consists of letter press copies of outward letters from the Secretary of the Federation Conference. Most of the letters relate to meetings to be held.

    The letters are arranged chronologically within the volume. Folio numbers appear on each letter and these are used for cross-reference purposes in the alphabetical index which appears at the front of the volume.
