    This series records the minutes of the meetings of the Melbourne, Brunswick and Coburg Tramways Trust (VA 2971).

    Minutes record the summary details of the general administrative activities of the Trust discussed at meetings including decisions of the Trust on general matters, correspondence received, appointments and contracts made, tenders received, reports and expenditure.

    The minutes are arranged chronologically by date of meeting. Each meeting is numbered and the date, time and location of the meeting is recorded. Each set of minutes is signed by the Chairman of the Trust. The minute books also contain lists of accounts.
