  • How to use the Records
    Refer to the consignment details and retrieve the volume containing meeting minutes for the appropriate period.

  • Function / Content
    This series contained minutes of meetings of the Trustees in which were recorded the decisions and discussions, including confirmation of actions taken between meetings.

  • Recordkeeping System
    The minutes were arranged in the volumes in chronological order by date of meeting. Each volume covered a period of time and was arranged by a sequential number marked on the spine of the volume (only from Volume 1 to Volume 8).
